4. Publisher Terms

Publishers who list ad placements on SaaS Billboards agree to:

• Provide accurate traffic data and audience information
• Display approved advertisements as agreed
• Not engage in fraudulent traffic or click manipulation
• Maintain ad placements for the full campaign duration

5. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers who use SaaS Billboards agree to:

• Submit advertisements that comply with all applicable laws
• Not submit misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Pay for winning bids in a timely manner
• Not contact publishers directly to bypass the platform

6. Payments and Fees

SaaS Billboards charges a marketplace fee on successful transactions. Payment terms, fees, and payout schedules are detailed in your account dashboard. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability
